Taylor

Registered Dental Hygienist

Taylor joined the Volterra Dental team in 2016, but she has been working in the dental field since 2014. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from West Coast University. Taylor feels very rewarded in her job, especially when she sees her patients taking an interest in their oral hygiene. In her free time, you might catch Taylor cheering for the Dodgers or the Patriots. She also enjoys spending time with her twin sister, watching movies, going hiking, paddle boarding, and bootcamp.

Vanessa

Registered Dental Hygienist

Vanessa joined the Volterra team in 2020 and brings with her seven years of experience in the dental field. She started out as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2013 and was certified as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2018, graduating from hygiene school with honors as the recipient of the Outstanding Clinician Award. Vanessa strives to provide the highest standard of care tailored to each patient’s unique oral hygiene needs. The youngest of four kids in her family, Vanessa is originally from Rancho Cucamonga, and now lives in Laguna Hills with her fiancé. In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys working out and hanging out with her family.

Amie

Patient Services Coordinator

Amie has been working at the office since 2017 and has been in the dental field since 2011. She is married and just gave birth to their first child! She loves sports and can be seen at Angel and Ducks games, but thanks to her mom her true sports passion lies with the Patriots. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, her two BIG dogs and her cat.

Ashley

Patient Services Coordinator

Ashley has been working at our office since 2014. She is the shortest member of her family (5’11”), but her father is 6’8”! In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and new baby boy, watching movies, and walking her dog, Otis. Ashley’s other hobbies have included volleyball, gymnastics, and landscape photography.

Yvette

Registered Dental Assistant

Yvette has been working here since 2014. She and her husband, Danny, are expecting their first child in 2020 and they might be the most fanatical Los Angeles Dodgers fans on the face of the planet. She loves buying and collecting movies of all types. In her spare time, Yvette loves shopping, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Silvia

Registered Dental Assistant

Silvia has been working at Volterra Dental since 2016. Silvia’s passion for dentistry grew at the age of sixteen when she finished her orthodontic treatment and it changed her life in a positive way. She now enjoys dentistry and loves the patients she gets to treat at Volterra. Silvia loves spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs. Some of her favorite hobbies are shopping, exercising, and binge watching shows and movies.

Dr. Laos and everyone at Volterra Dental is awesome. On my first visit the staff gave me a tour of the office which was clean, beautiful and professional. Everyone introduced themselves which made me feel completely comfortable. The dental hygienist was fantastic, she was informative and without hesitation answered all my questions. He saw me ASAP

I was having a medical emergency when I was referred to Dr. Laos by one of his patients. He saw me asap. When I arrived, it was obvious that he was in the midst of a workshop or something similar, I felt embarrassed thinking I had the wrong Suite #. They assured me they purposely scheduled my appt, 1st thing in the a.m., during this workshop because they knew I needed to be seen right away. The office wasn’t going to open until later that afternoon. Dr. Laos treated me and I was relieved from the insurmountable pain that I was in.
