The annual membership is $386 ($450 for Perio patients; $340 for children between the ages of three and 14). When you are renewing your membership later, all you need to pay is $376, $430, and $330 for the three respective categories.

Prophy Patients
- 2 Cleanings w/Exam same visit – $430
- X-Rays (Full Mouth or Check-up) – $165
- Fluoride treatments (for kids) – $80
- Total – $675

Perio Patients
- 2 Exams, 3 Perio Maintenance, X-Rays (Full Mouth or Check-up)
- Total – $785
- Annual savings (per patient) – $330
- Discounts ranging from 10 – 20% are available for most other services.
These low rates and the range of benefits are unmatched in the market and are available exclusively for our patients who join our membership plan. The ‘in-office’ plan was introduced as a result of the many inquiries received by Dr. Richard Blackburn from patients who couldn’t obtain any type of dental insurance coverage at any price and because Dr. Blackburn considered many of the existing plans as incompatible with the high-quality services he offered.
