I took over Volterra Dental back in August of 2020, but the office has been around for over 25 years. It has a lot of goodwill with the patients in Los Alamitos local community.
The vision and goal of our practice are to bring anybody on to our office who is maybe nervous about dentistry or any dental procedures.
We are a friendly, warm environment for patients and ensure they get the proper oral care they need.
My name is Dr. Richard Blackburn and what I specialize in are mainly general dentistry procedures.
Specifically, I am very much into the digital formatting of dentistry when it comes to crown and bridgework or implant dentistry.
We are all digital and would like to specialize in that. It is unique in the industry, and we are trying to get away from the analog world of impression and move quicker and be more precise.
Special equipment that I offer is the digital scanning that we use to make things more comfortable for patients.
We have our Computed Tomography (CBCT machine), which helps us diagnose any cancer or teeth, sinus, airway issues on any patient.
